Our top priority at Actus Lend Lease is to contribute to a high quality of life to United States Service Members and their families. This begins with providing state-of-the-art master planning and housing, but it doesn't end there. We place equal importance on the quality of resident services, including recreation and social programs, professional property management and maintenance, employment opportunities, and community forums.
Programs
When we create or revitalize a community, we establish a community center that incorporates facilities such as housing offices, social centers, parks, and playgrounds. We then manage these facilities to provide social and recreational opportunities that help establish a sense of community. Programs and services include exercise and health classes, day care, social events, and assistance with interior design, housekeeping, and laundry. We also strive to partner with local schools and community organizations such as the YMCA to enhance youth programs and recreational opportunities.
Property Management and Maintenance
Actus Lend Lease and its affiliate companies have a proven track record providing maintenance to military housing communities. We recognize the unique lifestyle of military families and have adapted our maintenance programs to meet their needs.
Employment Opportunities
As a proud member of the Professional Housing Management Association (PHMA), Actus Lend Lease is keenly aware of the outstanding service provided every day by military housing managers and offices across the country. We recognize that this experience is valuable during not only the transition to privatization, but also moving forward. Consequently, we will actively recruit existing housing staff to "stay on board" during transition and under privatization.
The operations of our property management, maintenance and community programs will also provide regular employment opportunities for spouses of Service People. We believe that employing members of the communities we manage is an important element in establishing a sense of communitiy.
Community Forums
Through community newsletters, resident forums and existing Neighborhood Mayor Programs, Actus Lend Lease strives to establish open and cooperative communication with each and every resident. We recognize that the most important endorsement of our operations comes from the residents themselves, so we continually improve our programs based on their ideas and suggestions.
